Camo Quilt Project

In 2006 Linda Wiecks of Plymouth, Wisconsin made a camouflage quilt for her soon-to-be deployed son-in-law Todd. Members of his unit asked for quilts, too. So Linda made 48 more quilts, and thus began the Camo Quilt Project.  As of the end of 2010, volunteers of the Camo Quilt Project made over 8,000 quilts - 5,500 in 2010 alone!

Today they continue to sew quilts and provide camo quilt kits to individuals and organizations who wish to make camo quilts.
